Refund Policy – Fix My Ride by German Apex
At German Apex, we prioritize customer satisfaction and service quality. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Full Refunds
A full refund will be issued under the following conditions:
- If a service booking is cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- If the customer is charged for a service that was not delivered due to an internal error or operational failure on our part.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- If there is a valid and verified complaint regarding the quality of the service or the parts used.
- If the customer decides not to proceed with the full scope of work after an initial inspection or assessment by our technician.
No Refunds
No refund will be provided under these circumstances:
- If the cancellation is made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service time.
- If the service has been successfully completed and verified by the customer.
Refund Timeline
