Service Standards
- All vehicle servicing and repair work is carried out by experienced and certified technicians.
- Only approved tools and genuine or OEM-recommended spare parts are used.
- Detailed service reports and digital invoices are provided after completion of each job.
- Diagnostic checks are included in all major repair jobs to ensure complete transparency.
Pickup & Drop Service
- Pickup and drop services are available in selected areas of Kolkata and are subject to availability.
- Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before pickup.
- German Apex is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle during pickup, servicing, or drop-off.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate vehicle information, including registration details, make, model, and known issues.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to be present or assign a representative at the time of pickup and drop-off.
- Any delays caused due to inaccurate information or no-shows may lead to rescheduling or additional charges.
Warranty
- A 7-day service warranty is provided on all general servicing jobs.
- A 30-day warranty is applicable on specific parts replaced by German Apex (subject to availability and brand conditions).
- The warranty will be void if the vehicle is tampered with after service or misused in any form.
Disputes and Support
- In case of any dissatisfaction or disputes regarding the service, customers are encouraged to contact our support team immediately.
- All service-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion for review and resolution.
